GENERAL INFORMATION
Please read these “Terms and Conditions of Use,” hereinafter also referred to as the “Agreement” or “Terms of Use,” very carefully before using or benefiting from the services provided by the Gender Equality Coalition. This Agreement establishes the legal terms and conditions for using the website https://ongen.ro, for making a donation, and for the collaboration between the Coalition and beneficiaries.
The website https://ongen.ro is created and administered by the Gender Equality Coalition through the Partnership Center for Equality Foundation, identified by fiscal code 14534084, with its registered office in Măgurele, Ilfov County, 7 Salviei Street, and a working office in Bucharest, Sector 3, 2A Drumețului Street.
The website https://ongen.ro is an information and fundraising platform used exclusively by the Gender Equality Coalition to run fundraising campaigns and inform the public about the activities carried out by the Gender Equality Coalition and its member organizations.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The website https://ongen.ro is administered by the Gender Equality Coalition through the Partnership Center for Equality Foundation, and by accessing it, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
The content of https://ongen.ro is selected according to the criteria of the Gender Equality Coalition. The Gender Equality Coalition reserves the right to modify the website content at any time, including its terms and conditions of use. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
MEANING OF TERMS
For the purposes below, the following terms have the meanings set out here:
beneficiary – any person participating in the activities of the Gender Equality Coalition
donor – any person who has made a donation through this donation and fundraising platform
site – the portal belonging to the Gender Equality Coalition and administered by the Partnership Center for Equality Foundation, located at www.ongen.ro, through which users access information regarding the activities of the Gender Equality Coalition and its member organizations
site content – any material or information published on the site in any form: text, photographs, graphics, audio, or video
user – any person who accesses the site for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the terms and conditions of use
abusive use – use of the site contrary to industry practice, regulations, applicable law, or in any way that may cause damage to the Gender Equality Coalition and its member organizations
The Gender Equality Coalition and its member organizations reserve the right to remedy, by any legal means, any violation of these terms and conditions, including violations related to the Coalition’s name, logo, and intellectual property rights regarding site content.
The website www.ongen.ro is made available to users for personal or professional use and for educational purposes only.
The Gender Equality Coalition and its member organizations are not liable for any consequences, including financial ones, resulting from the use of the website, including improper, inappropriate, or fraudulent use.
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the site shall be resolved by the courts of Romania.

The website https://ongen.ro contains texts and informational materials created by member organizations of the Gender Equality Coalition.
The content of https://ongen.ro is presented in good faith. Each user accesses the content at their own responsibility, and the Gender Equality Coalition cannot be held liable for any negative consequences that may result from its use. Access to the platform is permitted for persons of all ages. We do not assume responsibility for donations made by persons under the age of 18.
All site content (text, images, video material, and programming code) is the intellectual property of the Gender Equality Coalition and is protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
These materials may be copied or reproduced only with proper attribution to the Gender Equality Coalition. The use of photographs is permitted only with prior written consent from representatives of the Gender Equality Coalition, requested at contact@ongen.ro.
Persons who notice violations of these rules are asked to inform us at contact@ongen.ro.
The name and logo of the Gender Equality Coalition are the exclusive property of the Coalition. Unauthorized use is prohibited. They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Donations
Online donations can be made through www.ongen.ro. The donor may select the amount they wish to donate. The donated amount will be used by the Gender Equality Coalition for activities supporting women’s rights. The donation is charged to the bank card indicated by the user. If the donor provides contact details, they will be included in the Coalition’s supporter database and periodically informed about ongoing projects.

This website is the property of the Partnership Center for Equality Foundation, headquartered at 7 Salviei Street, Măgurele, Ilfov County, fiscal code 14534084, acting on behalf of the Gender Equality Coalition.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with Law no. 190/2018 implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
This information notice explains why and how we process personal data and provides information about your rights. The Partnership Center for Equality Foundation acts as the Data Controller.
The term consent used in this document means your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication that you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

Used for participant management and volunteer recognition. We do not run email marketing campaigns.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
